Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping costs $4.99 and is free on U.S. orders of $35 or more. Express shipping costs $15.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days and express shipping typically takes 1–2 business days. Carrier delays may occur. See our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order is on the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email seven@sevenwears.com as soon as possible with your order number. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not shipped. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All earrings and body-piercing jewelry are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept ordinary returns or exchanges, including change of mind or incorrect size selection.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Email seven@sevenwears.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. See our Return & Refund Policy.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Keep jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place and wipe gently with a soft cloth.
