Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings and body-piercing jewelry are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been opened, tried on, or worn.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at seven@sevenwears.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us at seven@sevenwears.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
