Returns & Exchanges

Necklaces, Chains, Pendants & Bracelets

Necklaces, chains, pendants and bracelets may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To request a return or exchange, email seven@sevenwears.com with your order number.

For ordinary returns or exchanges of necklaces, chains, pendants and bracelets, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Earrings & Body-Piercing Jewelry

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings and body-piercing jewelry are final sale. For these categories, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been opened, tried on, or worn.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at seven@sevenwears.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us at seven@sevenwears.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
