Credit is issued 14 days after your order is fully fulfilled, provided it remains paid and has not been cancelled or refunded. Credit is calculated after discounts and excludes tax, shipping and any amount paid with store credit.

  2. Place your qualifying second or later order.
  3. Once credit is available, log in with that same email to use it at checkout.

There is no 20% redemption cap. Use your available balance up to the amount eligible at checkout. Credit does not expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
